LONG SYNOPSIS

One can consider today, the pandemic, as the breaking point which has changed our interpersonal

relations and the ways in which we communicate with others while simultaneously flattening time-space connection. communication. As freedom of movement was  troubled and restricted, social media channels, with their high speed and volume of information, became new agoras through which individuals could connect to the collective memory. Who am I is a collaborative film in which, through the overarching theme of “pandemic”, the participants, a group of young university students from Istanbul, make symbolic connections with hopelessness, money, future, society, identity, and space/-

place and describe how these concepts resonate through social and digital media using their own narratives.
